What Clients Have Said
Siriporn Phakdee
Director, Bangkok · March 2026
Our supply chain dispute had been unresolved for nearly a year before we approached Praya Vow. The mediation was structured carefully, and the facilitator kept both sides focused on practical resolution rather than grievances. We reached an agreement in two sessions. The settlement has held without issue since.
William Koh
CFO, Singapore-based company · April 2026
As the Singapore party in a SIAC arbitration with a Thai counterpart, we needed local advisory counsel with genuine institutional knowledge. Praya Vow's guidance on Thailand-nexus matters — interim measures, evidence access, local court procedure — was precise and practically useful. I would engage them again without hesitation.
Nathaporn Theerawat
Business owner, Chiang Mai · February 2026
I was initially uncertain whether mediation would be worthwhile given the degree of disagreement between us and our former partner. The preliminary assessment from Praya Vow was candid — they outlined what mediation could and could not achieve, and we proceeded with clear expectations. The outcome addressed the core issues.
Amara Chaiyasit
Legal Counsel, Bangkok · March 2026
We referred a construction contract matter to Praya Vow for THAC arbitration. The case management from start to award was methodical and well-communicated. Our client appreciated receiving status updates without having to chase. The award was enforced without complication.
Robert Müller
German-Thai JV Partner · January 2026
As a foreign party in a joint venture dispute, my main concern was navigating the Thai legal context without being at a disadvantage. Praya Vow explained the procedural framework clearly, handled bilingual documentation without issue, and the process felt genuinely balanced throughout.
Kultida Laohapradit
Managing Partner, Bangkok · April 2026
The fee structure is one of the most refreshing things about Praya Vow — knowing what we were committing to from the outset made the decision to proceed much easier. The domestic arbitration matter was handled thoroughly, with no surprises in scope or cost.

Commercial Mediation · Bangkok · 2025
Distribution Agreement Termination Dispute
Challenge
A Thai manufacturer and its regional distributor had reached an impasse following early termination of a multi-year distribution agreement. Both parties faced potential litigation costs exceeding the disputed amount.
Approach
Praya Vow conducted a preliminary assessment, established a pre-mediation process for document exchange, and facilitated two joint sessions over three weeks. The mediator reframed the discussion around future commercial arrangements alongside the termination claim.
Outcome
Settlement reached in the second session. The parties agreed to a structured payment schedule, a transition protocol, and a mutual non-disparagement clause. Total engagement: 5 weeks from initial contact to signed settlement.
Domestic Arbitration · THAC · 2024
Construction Contract Payment Dispute
Challenge
A construction contractor sought recovery of unpaid milestone payments and retention amounts from a project developer following substantial completion of a commercial building project in Bangkok.
Approach
Praya Vow prepared a statement of claim, organised site documentation and correspondence as evidence, attended three hearing sessions, and provided written submissions responding to the developer's counterclaim regarding alleged defects.
Outcome
Award issued in favour of the contractor for the full claimed amount less a minor defect remediation allowance. Award enforced without opposition. Total arbitration duration: approximately 7 months from notice to award.
International Arbitration Advisory · SIAC · 2025
Cross-Border Technology Licensing Dispute
Challenge
A Thai technology company engaged as respondent in SIAC proceedings brought by a foreign licensor. The dispute concerned royalty calculation methodology and alleged breach of exclusivity provisions. The governing law was Singapore, with performance evidence located in Thailand.
Approach
Praya Vow provided Thailand-nexus advisory counsel — supporting evidence collection, coordinating with Singapore-based lead counsel, identifying a technical expert witness on software licensing practices, and preparing an interim measures application to protect data access pending the award.
Outcome
The tribunal found in favour of the Thai company on the exclusivity claim and ordered a substantially reduced royalty recalculation. Praya Vow then supported the Thai client in addressing the New York Convention enforcement process for the consequent award on costs.
