All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Conflict of Interest Checks

Before accepting any engagement, we conduct conflict of interest screening. We reserve the right to decline an engagement if, in our professional judgment, a conflict exists or there is potential for one to arise. We will notify you of such circumstances promptly.

5. Confidentiality

Mediation communications and settlement discussions are treated as without prejudice and are not admissible in subsequent proceedings, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

In the event of termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed to the date of termination, and any outstanding amounts will become immediately due.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless the parties have separately agreed to resolve disputes through arbitration or other ADR mechanisms.
