Our Methodology

How Praya Vow Approaches Each Matter

Every engagement begins with a preliminary assessment — a structured review of the dispute's nature, the parties' relationship, the governing agreement (if any), and the relief each party is seeking. This assessment determines which ADR pathway is most appropriate, and whether the matter is suitable for ADR at all.

Where mediation is appropriate, Praya Vow structures sessions to support both parties in moving from stated positions toward underlying interests, creating the conditions for agreements that both sides are genuinely willing to carry out.

Where arbitration is required — whether under domestic Thai law or international institutional rules — Praya Vow prepares systematically: reviewing jurisdictional foundations, organising evidence, preparing clear submissions, and managing hearing logistics with attention to procedural fairness.

For international matters, we advise on institutional rule selection, seat-of-arbitration considerations, and the practical enforceability of awards before proceedings are formally commenced.
